What a report will require
- A short record title and one-line comment
- Service, model or version, language, and date
- Memory, browsing, file, or external-app permissions that were enabled
- Total attempts and successful reproductions
- A description that excludes personal data and actionable harmful instructions
Do not submit
- Names, email addresses, home addresses, credentials, or private conversation logs
- Active exploit strings, dangerous files, or step-by-step abuse instructions
- Reports intended to target a person, company, or community
- Claims presented as factual when the source and surrounding context cannot be checked

Contact the affected service provider through its official security or vulnerability-reporting channel before sharing the details publicly. This Wiki is not an incident-response service.
